Today I lead an exercise class with many of my Jewish elders / aunties.  It was exciting.  Last week, one of the elders inquired about learning line dancing so it moved me to learn a new dance.

So this past weekend, with my husband’s help, I began my search on YouTube ….. Baltimore…..line dancing….and wa la a new line dance.   I slid, actually Babes slid the table out the way and I followed the video and learned a new dance.  http://youtu.be/AQlDfL0AwOE

I was so excited.  I called my Sister and then one of my Aunties exclaiming “I learned a new line dance… The Baltimore or The New Jersey and   I think I am grown now!”  Both laughed at me and said “you go girl”.

So today was the day.  I was ready with my laptop and I was prepared to show my Jewish elders and aunties the new dance.  I asked if they wanted to learn the dance and they all agreed.  However mid way through learning / teaching the dance,  the lap top stop streaming and I had to improvise.  Thus a new  dance we created.  We had so much fun.  We created a new dance.

They were so happy and pleased.  We did the dance steps  several times.  Forty-five  minutes later, Then we relaxed, stretched and relaxed some more.

What a great day!!!!!!
